Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, and we do our best to minimize this timeframe based on the order queue.
- Once shipments leave our warehouse and are handed over to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any issues that arise if shipments are delayed (the shipping company is primarily responsible).
- We are not responsible for shipping information entered by the customer.
- Processing and shipping do not take place on public holidays.
Returns:
- Food products: Due to the sensitivity of food products and their susceptibility to storage and contamination, they cannot be exchanged or returned once they leave the warehouse, in order to ensure the customer’s health and safety. If the order is damaged or expired, please contact us and we will provide a satisfactory resolution.
- Non-food products: Any product can be returned within 7 days, with the customer bearing all shipping and return costs and returning the product in its original condition.
- Returns and exchanges are free of charge if the error was on the part of Brewly.
Liability:
- The store is not liable for any delays or damages that occur after the order is handed over to the shipping company. We will do our utmost to assist you in the event of a problem, without any legal obligation to compensate for circumstances beyond our control.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the product was ordered in error or incorrect shipping information was provided.
- Please refrigerate your order upon arrival to maintain product quality.
Packaging:
- We carefully package and ship all orders to ensure the products are protected.
- If the shipment arrives in a condition that indicates rough handling, please photograph the package before opening it.
- If the contents are damaged, file a claim directly with the shipping company.\
- If the shipping company is uncooperative, contact us and we will assist you in following up.
